The cottage is located just six miles from Chatsworth House and three miles from the picturesque market town of Bakewell. Monsal Head, high above Monsal Dale, is one of the most photographed viewpoints in Derbyshire.

Dipper Cottage can accommodate up to four guests in two en-suite bedrooms, a king size bed on the first floor with a double bed located on the ground floor. The cottage has been tastefully furnished and is decorated throughout using Farrow & Ball colours.

Ground Floor

The double height reception has a reclaimed stone flagged floor, exposed beams and trusses, log burner and large Smart TV leading to the fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining area with an antler chandelier. Leading off from the kitchen is the ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet with engineered oak flooring. 

The ground level has underfloor heating throughout from a state-of-the-art biomass system. 

First Floor

An illuminated oak staircase leads to a galleried glass balcony overlooking the double height open plan reception. This bedroom has engineered oak flooring with a king size bed complete with an open plan en-suite bathroom with bath and shower above.

Outside

Outside is a private walled garden and patio with garden furniture, fire pit and barbeque. There is ample parking for two cars.
